Awful place to deal with, so disrespectful to their own customers.
They are liars and manipulative. They write policy's to game their own billing system in their favor.
Their customers have no rights nor way to express bad customer service experiences. Customer service hangs up on their own customers all the time. They are the opposite of public utility company. Money laundering is more like it!
I would call them all criminals due to their behavior towards their own customers. They make it hard to put solar on your roof but they build solar farms with customer money? They are criminal to do their customers this way. Not even any solar installation coupons?
They design everything about installing solar difficult for homeowners and they build millions of watts solar farms. They have to go!!
